California Code of Regulations, Title 22

All the requirements that substance abuse providers participating the DMC program must follow are contained in the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Sections 51341.1, 51490.1, and 51516.1. For Narcotic Treatment Programs, Title 22 also refers and ties into CCR Title 9.

Here are two annotated versions of the Title 22 regulations relating to DMC programs. The boxes to the left indicate the subject matter covered in the corresponding paragraph. The first version is for all modalities of treatment except for Narcotic Treatment Programs. The second version is for Narcotic Treatment Programs.
