Description of Technical Assistance/Training Services or Materials
TA to increase Native Americans’ accessibility to California’s alcohol and other drug services in prevention, treatment, and recovery. Services are designed to meet the needs of the requesting organizations or groups. Assistance is provided through workshops, on-site and telephone consultations, referrals, and resource materials. Native Women’s Wellness publication.

Populations or Groups Served — Native American Tribes, tribal organizations, county alcohol and other drug (AOD) programs, and any other group that provides alcohol/other drug services to Native Americans, or those in the process of organizing to deliver services.

Eligibility Criteria — TA or training request must be related to AOD services to Native Americans residing in California. First priority will be given to organizations that have no other resources to pay for TA or training services, although others will be served as resources allow.
