Description of Technical Assistance/Training Services or Materials
The U.S.-Mexico Border CAPT provides culturally competent services and capacity skill building activities to organizations within the U.S.-Mexico border region. This assistance is based on scientifically-defensible prevention practices.

Populations or Groups Served — Single State Agencies, State Incentive Grants Subgrantees, Safe and Drug Free Communities Grantees, Native American, Migrant Farmworkers, and other community agencies along the U.S.-Mexico border area.

Eligibility Criteria — Must be within 60 miles of the U.S.-Mexico border area.
