It is now under active development. The Office of Criminal Justice Collaboration invites members of the Proposition 36 Statewide Advisory Group, county Proposition 36 lead agency personnel and others involved in the implementation process to forward suggested web links. These can be "home" agencies or other entities which might prove useful to those developing Proposition 36 services. Links from entities other than governmental, tribal, or non-profit organizations will in most cases not be posted. Please send your suggestions toSACPA@adp.ca.gov.

California Indian Reservations and Rancherias (July 2004) - California Area Indian Health Service
Reaffirming the important relationship between American Indian tribes and the federal government, the Tribal Consultation and Participation Policy has been put in effect to emphasize support and coordination of IHS activities in the California Area, to strengthen the government-to-government relationship with tribal governments and their health programs. The consultation process in California has been formalized with the establishment of the California Area Tribal Advisory Committee.
