Evaluation Advisory Group
The Substance Abuse and Crime Prevention Act of 2000 required that the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs produce an annual evaluation report and an overall five-year evaluation to measure the success of the new program.
The purpose of the Evalution Advisory Group was to provide the Department with a collaborative effort across various disciplines, to determine what to measure, come to agreement on definitions, make suggestions and recommendations, methodological and implementation agreement, and agreement on analysis.
