CalOMS Prevention
CalOMS Prevention is a fully web-based data collection service for primary prevention service/activity data funded with the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) block grant dollars via the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs.

California Underage Drinking Prevention - Town Hall Meetings
If you are taking on a critical task in organizing a Town Hall Meeting on the Prevention of Underage Drinking, you can search for contact information of the local members of their network for you to connect with in the planning and implementation of your Town Hall Meeting.

California Friday Night Live Partnership (CFNLP)
The Friday Night Live (FNL) program was established in 1984 as a high school program to promote a teenage lifestyle free of alcohol and other drugs.

Community Prevention Initiative (CPI)
The CPI website is designed as an internet-based resource for California's alcohol and drug program providers. It provides access to general information and application forms for various services, including technical assistance, workshops, learning communities, document archives, publications, and consultants.

Governor's Mentoring Partnership (GMP)
The GMP works in partnership with community, faith and school based mentoring programs such as Big Brothers/ Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs and regional mentoring coalitions throughout the state to provide increased public awareness of the need for and support of mentoring; identify and implement effective incentives and strategies to expand mentoring in the public and private sector. The goal of GMP is to encourage strong collaborations regionally to involve whole communities in mentoring efforts to assist our youth.

Governor's Prevention Advisory Council (GPAC)
GPAC works to coordinate the State's strategic efforts to achieve measurable reductions in the incidence and prevalence of the inappropriate use of alcohol and other drugs by youth and adults.

Prevention Activities Data System (PADS)
The Prevention Activities Data System (PADS) was implemented by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) on January 1, 1998 to collect primary prevention service/activity data funded with ADP dollars. Although PADS is no longer used to submit prevention data, all of the PADS reports dating back to FY 2000/2001 are still available for your use.

Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities (SDFSC) - Governor's Program
The Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities (SDFSC) Program is the federal government’s primary vehicle for reducing drug, alcohol and tobacco use, and violence, through education and prevention activities in the nation’s schools and communities.

State Incentive Grant (SIG)
The State Incentive Grant technical assistance project supports SIG grantees in implementing their binge drinking, community coalition and environmental prevention programming efforts. Funded by ADP, Community Prevention Initiative (CPI) provides no-cost technical assistance and training to support and enhance these prevention efforts.
