  • Report on State Approaches to FASD: This report has been prepared for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in response to the task specified in the Blank Purchase Order (BPO) award to share how other states are addressing FASD concerns.
  • Perinatal Environmental Scan - The California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs, Office of Women’s and Perinatal Services (formerly Office of Perinatal Substance Abuse) asked Children and Family Futures, Inc. to conduct a Perinatal Environmental Scan to determine the status of perinatal services for women with substance use disorders; assess current trends; and formulate recommendations for prioritization and planning.
  • Perinatal Services Network Guidelines (PDF) - The guidelines describes the perinatal program requirements and governing citations from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), California Health and Safety Code (HSC), and ADP Policy Letters and list the continuum of treatment modalities and service options that can be provided with perinatal funding.
