Reports not posted here can be obtained by contacting Kami Browning at kbrowning@adp.ca.gov or (916) 327-4425. All of the documents are in PDF format.
Note: You must have Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 and Adobe Acrobat Reader as minimum system requirements in order to generate and view the following reports. If needed, download and install Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site prior to attempting to download the documents listed below.
