Prevention Activities Data System (PADS)
The Prevention Activities Data System (PADS) was implemented by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Program (ADP) on January 1, 1998, to collect primary prevention service/activity data funded with ADP dollars. PADS was retired at the conclusion of Fiscal Year (FY) 05/06 and is no longer used to collect ADP funded primary prevention service/activity data.
PADS was replaced by the new California Outcomes Measurement Service for Prevention (CalOMS Prevention) which went live in July 2006. All ADP funded counties/providers are required to use CalOMS Prevention in FY 2006/2007 for the submission of primary prevention service/activity data.
Although PADS is no longer used to submit prevention data, all of the PADS reports dating back to FY 2000/2001 are still available for your information and use via the link provided below.
