SAPT Block Grant
Each year, the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs submits a report and plan for the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Block Grant application and Synar Report. This block grant is a major source of funding for substance abuse prevention and treatment services in California.
If you have comments based on the following 2008 SAPT Block Grant application or the 2008 Annual Synar Report for consideration as this year's 2009 plan is being developed, please submit them to the following email address: OGM@adp.ca.gov
