We received your Letter of Intent indicating interest in applying for the additional $3 million appropriated for Dependency Drug Courts (DDC) under the Comprehensive Drug Court Implementation (CDCI) program. The Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs in collaboration with the Judicial Council of California and with input from the California Department of Social Services will select counties for this additional funding. The final award to each county will depend on the number of counties selected through the competitive application process.
Enclosed is the Request for Applications (RFA) for Dependency Drug Court Grants. You may also download a copy from the ADP website at www.adp.ca.gov.
Applications must be received by ADP no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 29, 2006.
